While we do have a wide variety of colors, we do understand that sometimes you need an exact match. To do so, please choose a color option that closely resembles the desired color and in the "additional information" section, tell us which color it is (color 1, color 2, text, logo, etc) and tell us the color you need. Please be sure to give us the RGB, or CMYK value. During the proofing process we will try to match the desired color as close as possible.
We have the capability to do fully custom designs. However, there will be an additonal base design fee (Depending on the complexity of the design it may require an hourly fee). Contact one of our designers to talk about options.
Our pro series laminate is 15Mil thickn while our regular is 10Mil thick, it exceeds industry standards and provides additional protection for your wrap.
We do not have all of our thousands of logos on the customizer so if the one you want is not shown, just ask!
We will also color match the non-changeable logos to your wrap. If there are specific colors you want just let us know in the comments.
To add a custom logo, place text with ("LOGO1" etc) where you want the logo to appear. Then include the name of the logo in the additional information section.
During the proofing process you can uplaod or email the logo to us(If possible, please provide a vector file: .AI, .PDF, .SVG, .EPS are recommended).
If the correct file type is not provided, design time may require additional fees.

Once your order is placed, we will get a proof out to you in 2-5 business days (depending on backlog) via email. Once the design is approved, your wrap will be sent to production where it wll printed, quality checked and sent to you.

Depending on the situation we can provide a bulk deal on many of our products. The best thing to do would be to contact our shop and speak with one of our designers. We are not required to provide bulk pricing for our products. They are custom and unique to every project.
In some cases we do not have templates for certain models. Older or less popular models are hard to get and don’t have easy to access templates. Contact our shop and let us know the year, make, model and/or tunnel length and we will do our best to track down templates. In some cases they may not exist so we will have to create our own. Both situations may result in additional fees.
Our templates are entirely based around stock parts. We do not have templates for aftermarket components. If this is a major concern, speak with one of our desginers and they can make some minor adjustments to the wrap. Additional fees may be required.
Yes, installing your after market parts after may ensure that the wrap is installed effectively. It will help to avoid any problems that may occur in the future.
Gas fumes will escape through the plastic tanks on bikes and sleds and can get trapped under the wrap. During of periods on non use especially in warmer conditions this can occur. We have started putting small slits in the wrap in these areas to help eliminate this issue.
Use a exacto knife of rezor blade to poke a hole in the bubble and press the air out. Use extra heat and pressure to try and remove all the air.

In the extremely rare instance that there is an issue with your wrap such as the laminate seperating from the vinyl we will certainly work with you to make it right. If it appears that it was due to our error, please email pictures to one of our designers at [email protected] and we will make a determination based on the information that is provide.
The main issue we are met with is the decals coming loose and desticking from the surface. Because of the super sticky adhesive we use, 99 times out of 100, this is an installation issue. To avoid this:
1) CLEAN the entire surface with denatured alcohol to remove all waxes, oils, etc.
2) Clean your hands well to remove all oils and sweat.
3) Use moderate to firm pressure to lay the decals down.
4) Heat the decals with a hiar dryer or heat gun to completely activate the adhesive. (practice this with some of the spare sections of vinyl to ensure that you do not burn or shrink the vinyl.

There are two thing to look at here:
1) A couple of pieces are not fitting right in a corner or edge.
A) Due to plastics warping over time and variations from mold to mold, your wrap may not line up perfectly everywhere. In the event it does not, use an exacto knife to trim to fit where needed. Check out our video on Youtube.
2) This wrap does is not for my sled at all.
A) Please do not attempt to install the wrap.
B) Contact the shop ASAP at [email protected] with your order number, pictures, and a picture of the data tag for your sled. If the error is ours, we will send you a return label and deliver the replacment as soon as the
incorrect one is received back at our shop. If it is determined that the mistake is not on our end, we will replace the incorrect portions at your expense. Please note that regardless of how unfortunate these situations are, we
cannot be held responsible for a customer ordering a wrap for the wrong sled. Any accomidations we choose to make in these instances is entirely at our discretion and is on a case by case basis.
No, we do not have a refund policy for unwanted product. The work we do is custom to each of our customers. In almost all cases the product cannot be resold because of the unique nature of the product.
