COVID-19 UPDATE: SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY TIMES

Due to safeguards in place to protect our distribution center employees, shipments may be delayed. Please reference your expected delivery date in checkout.

We strictly do not refund orders while the products are in transit.

Tracking emails are automatically sent from our website to the customer as soon as our team fulfill the orders. Tracking updates show after a few days, with the majority of the updates coming once the orders reach the destination country. It's normal to take a little longer than what you are used to with domestic shipping.

We are based in the United States and we have warehouses outside of U.S.A. Therefore, we can ship in any parts of the world.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To give better service to our customers, we use merchandise inventory from all our warehouses outside United States. You will receive multiple shipments when your order is being fulfilled by multiple warehouse locations. No additional shipping fee will apply when your order is split into multiple shipments. Alternately, we may combine multiple orders into one shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES

Each order is fulfilled within 2-7 days from our team confirming orders to our warehouses preparing the package. It normally reaches the destination in 25-30 days after it's shipped.

Due to high demand and the COVID-19 impacts, we are experiencing some shipping delays. Please note the estimated delivery date at your order checkout or updated delivery dates in email notifications after purchase are accurate and reflective of the delay impacts. Hence, it may arrive after 40-45 days to your shipping address.
